I never knew that, I learned something new today. And we had lasagne last week, twice and then I threw 1/3 of the pan away b/c I knew we wouldn't eat it again.

fyi: you can freeze pasta for up to 3 months or so.
Ugh. We've had leftovers at least twice this week. I don't think I've cooked enough to have them that much.
I freeze a lot of food, too.
