Halloween Decorations

A few weeks ago, my friend Nettie blogged about her fall decorations and asked us all to share ours. Hers put mine to shame, and I'm a little bit late in getting them photographed, but here's my meager attempt at some fall decor:

The pumpkins above have my favorite fall decoration-- wooden pumpkin pegs I got at the Pottery Barn Kids clearance. They're so cute and were really cheap and I can have decorated pumpkins for the whole month. We carve jack o'lanterns on Halloween too, but the kids and I prefer these!

Here are my halloween stacking boxes (if you can see them behind Annie's arabesque).

Here's the mantel. Since we have an orange accent wall already in our family room,  a lot of our decorations have orange in them. The only thing I add to make this a "fall" mantel are cat dude and the creepy pumpkin guy. I swap them out for pilgrims in November.

Oh, and the requisite Halloween throw pillow, lol.
