I follow the blog 100 Days of Real Food by Lisa Leake who applies Pollan's ideas to her family of 4. She finds ways to make it work for a family, but then again, she spends 3X as much on groceries and at least 2X as much time in the kitchen and has semi-accidentally made a career out of her blog. Over the last year and a half I have tried to keep making small changes (real maple syrup and real vanilla instead of the imitation/high fructose corn kind, always 100% whole wheat bread with only 5 ingredients, etc.), but I don't know how I could possibly live up the Pollan's standards without making it my strongest passion.Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18390549833480894919noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1912043579415184090.post-60230901035631944602013-05-21T07:43:42.835-06:002013-05-21T07:43:42.835-06:00This comment has been removed by the author.Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18390549833480894919noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1912043579415184090.post-61496884647323372332013-05-20T19:45:48.773-06:002013-05-20T19:45:48.773-06:00I 100% agree. It's most helpful and realistic.
